Timed Auctions are run online only and the only way to bid is to register at ( )

After registering, go to the link for the auction and place your bids there.

During this process, you will be required to register your payment method and after the auction-if you win any lot-you will get two emails within the first 24 hours.

First email is Winner notification – notifying you of winning one or more lots and the hammer price.

Second email is the Payment request which will include buyer premium and the delivery cost.

There will be additional email to each buyer if they have won the item which will require delivery after the lockdown.

Due to the current situation we are limited in sending some of the items.

What happens if I wish to bid but cannot attend the auction? We have members of staff that can bid on your behalf. There is a simple commission bid form to tell us the maximum amount that you are prepared to spend on each Lot.

Selling at Southgate Auctions is a really easy process. Simply bring items into the saleroom for assessment, email us photographs or a free home visit can be arranged. Unlike many Auction Houses, we pay out, by cash, cheque or BACS, just 2 days after the auction.
